MADISON, Wis. – Two people are said to have grabbed and choked a woman in Wisconsin early Friday morning. She was taken to the hospital.
Madison Police say that around 3:25 a.m. on Friday, February 21, officers were sent to the 1500 block of Williamson Street.
Manitowoc Police are looking for the person or people responsible for reports of shots being fired.
As per the news release, a woman said she went outside to smoke and was then suffocated by two people in the area. She was hurt and taken to the hospital to get better.
At this point, no charges or other information have been made public.
