According to the allegations, a man from Florida emailed underwear photographs of his ex-girlfriend to her three children. Afterward, he smiled broadly in the photograph that was taken of him.
A probable cause arrest document states that the victim and Lafayett Lee, who is 38 years old, involved in a romantic connection for approximately three and a half years, but the relationship came to an end on December 20. After a period of three days, Lee had retrieved a few of his possessions from her residence in Coral Springs. When her kid informed her that he had received text messages that had photographs of him in a nude state, she was just getting out of the shower. As soon as the shocked mother saw the photographs, she immediately knew that they were of her. She had sent the photographs to Lee on her own will while they were together. After that, her daughter informed her that she had received the same thing, as stated in the affidavit. After what seemed like an eternity, yet another of her daughter’s phones began to “go off.”
She was playing on the phone at the time, but her siblings took it before she could see the images, according to the police report. The child was six years old at the time. There are a total of five images and one video that Lee is said to have provided to the victim, which includes the victim doing sexual actions on herself.
Lee was the only one who had possession of the photographs, according to the victim, who stated to the police that she was the person represented in the images. According to the affidavit, she presented them with previous text messages from Lee, which demonstrated that the number was the same as the one from which the texts were originally sent to her children.
The investigators arranged for a phone call to be taped between Lee and the incident’s victim. Reportedly, she uttered the following words: “That was as low as f— how you sent all of those videos and photos to my children.”
According to claims, Lee responded by saying, “That was low as f— what you did.”
