Easy and Tasty Strawberry Cake With Homemade Strawberry Frosting!

This strawberry cake with strawberry filling that I made myself is a family favorite. The recipe is easy to follow and everyone loves it. These things are what you will need:

How to make it:

One box of white cake mix

Strawberry gelatin, 3 ounces

3 eggs

1/2 cup of water

1/2 cup of sour cream

1/2 cup of oil

10 ounces of thawed frozen strawberries in syrup

1 cup of strawberry chunks or mashed

1 pound of sugar powder

8 tablespoons of butter that isn’t cold

Warm the oven up to 350 degrees.

You can mix the water, oil, sour cream, strawberry jello, and eggs in a bowl. Then, beat the ingredients together until they are all mixed.

Mix it again after adding the cake mix. The strawberries in juice should be added and mixed in well.

Put the cake batter into a 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.

Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool all the way down.

Mix the butter, powdered sugar, and strawberries together in a bowl. Use a whisk to make the icing light and fluffy. Tip: If you don’t have any fresh strawberries, you can use frozen ones instead.

Place the filling on top of the cake after it has cooled down and serve. Have fun!

Note: To keep this cake, put it in the fridge. It will stay fresh for up to three days.
